We strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item under the following conditions:

• Return Window: Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase.

• Condition for Returns:  The item must be re-saleable, unused and in original packaging.

• Refund Method: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

• Return Fees: £5 will be deducted per parcel returned. Please also note that we will not refund your original delivery charge.

• Exceptions: Medications (including all flea & tick treatments and wormers), personalized items, and frozen products are non-refundable.
